According to The Guardian, the death toll from the devastating terror attack in Russia has risen to at least 40 people, with over 100 wounded, in what is described as the most severe incident of its kind in years. Gunmen clad in combat fatigues stormed a large concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow, opening fire and detonating explosives, the report revealed.
