A day ahead of the Farmer Union’s Delhi Chalo march, Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda issued an appeal on Tuesday to the farmer unions, stressing the importance of maintaining peace and continuing discussions to address the ongoing issues.

“I would urge the farmers and the farmer organizations involved in this protest to prioritize peace. We need to transition from dialogue to finding solutions… We must continue discussing this matter,” Munda told the media. The Agriculture Minister acknowledged the government’s efforts to engage in discussions and explore various proposals, noting the dissatisfaction among farmers with the proposals thus far.
