The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Saturday suspended its MP, Danish Ali, for indulging in anti-party activities. “You were warned multiple times against making statements or engaging in actions against the policies, ideology, and discipline of the party. However, despite repeated warnings, you have continuously acted against the party,” the BSP said in a statement.
Terming BSP chief Mayawati’s decision as unfortunate, Danish Ali said that he had never engaged in any kind of anti-party activities. “The people of my constituency, Amroha, are witness to this. I have always opposed anti-people policies and will continue to do so,” he further said.
