Haryana’s Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, on Tuesday tendered his resignation after a meeting with Governor Bandaru Dattareya. Khattar submitted resignation along with his Cabinet to the Governor in the wake of the BJP and JJP’s inability to forge a seat-sharing agreement for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in the state, said the party sources. The BJP had won all 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
