Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met on Thursday, reaffirming their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and exploring collaboration in “futuristic” sectors at Doha I Qatar.
“Had a wonderful meeting with HH Sheikh @TamimBinHamad,” Modi said in a post on X formerly known as Twitter. “We reviewed the full range of India-Qatar relations and discussed ways to deepen cooperation across various sectors. Our nations also look forward to collaborating in futuristic sectors which will benefit our planet,” he said.

Yesterday, Modi met with Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. Their discussions focused on expanding cooperation in trade, investment, energy, finance, and technology. Additionally, regional developments in West Asia were addressed, with both leaders highlighting the importance of regional and global peace and stability.
