Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday, reiterating India’s unwavering support for efforts to achieve peace and a swift resolution to the ongoing conflict. Prime Minister Modi also pledged continued humanitarian assistance, guided by India’s commitment to the well-being of the Ukrainian people. Sharing details of the conversation, the Prime Minister in his post on X formerly known as Twitter wrote, ” Had a good conversation with President @ZelenskyyUa on strengthening the India-Ukraine partnership,” the Prime Minister’s post read. “Conveyed India’s consistent support for all efforts for peace and bringing an early end to the ongoing conflict. India will continue to provide humanitarian assistance guided by our people-centric approach.”
