GUJARAT, FEBRUARY 22

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on Tuesday emphasized the significance of ongoing efforts in New India, stating, “Today, every endeavor contributes to a legacy for future generations.” He highlighted advancements in infrastructure, noting strengthened rail connectivity to Mehsana and improved access between Banaskantha and Patan with key ports. Additionally, he recalled laying the foundation stone for the Deesa Air Force Station runway, citing it as an example of commitment fulfillment. “This Deesa runway is a testament to Modi’s guarantee,” remarked the Prime Minister after inaugurating and laying

the foundation stone for a series of development projects worth over Rs 13,500 crores in Tarabh, Mahesana, Gujarat. These projects span across various sectors including internet connectivity, rail, road, education, health, research, and tourism.

Addressing the gathering, Prime Minister Modi reminisced about significant events such as the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on January 22nd and the inauguration of the first Hindu temple in the Gulf countries in Abu Dhabi on February 14th. He also highlighted his recent endeavors, including laying the foundation stone for Kalki Dham in Sambhal district, Uttar Pradesh, and performing consecration rituals at the Valinath Mahadev Temple in Tarabh.

Emphasizing the significance of Valinath Shiv Dham as a pilgrimage site and a revered seat of the Guru for the Rewari society, the Prime Minister underscored the current momentum in India’s development journey, with simultaneous progress in divine and national tasks. He emphasized that the infrastructure projects initiated will enhance ease of living and generate employment opportunities for the region’s youth.

Prime Minister Modi acknowledged the spiritual energy inherent in the land of Mehsana, tracing it back to its association with Lord Krishna and Lord Mahadev. He paid tribute to spiritual leaders such as Gadipati Mahant Veeram-Giri Bapu ji and Mahant Shri Jayaramgiri Bapu, lauding their contributions to the region’s spiritual heritage.

Reflecting on his longstanding association with Baldevgiri Bapu ji, Prime Minister Modi praised the completion of centuries-old temples with modern magnificence and ancient traditions. He commended the efforts of craftsmen and laborers, highlighting the successful consecration of Valinath Mahadev, Hinglaj Mata ji, and Lord Dattatreya.

Prime Minister Modi underscored the role of temples as symbols of India’s rich civilization and their contribution to knowledge dissemination in society. He applauded local religious Akhadas for promoting education through initiatives like Pustak Parab and infrastructure development.

Highlighting the government’s commitment to inclusive development, Prime Minister Modi juxtaposed temple constructions with initiatives like housing for the poor, free ration distribution, and piped water supply, underscoring the principle of Sabka Saath Vikas (development for all).
