External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar met with Scott Moe, Premier of Canada’s Saskatchewan province, on Tuesday. The meeting highlighted ongoing cooperation and the potential for further growth in several key areas.
Jaishankar acknowledged Saskatchewan’s role as a vital supplier of potash, lentils, and uranium for India. He also commended the contributions of the province’s Indian diaspora in fostering strong relations between the two nations.
Expressing appreciation for Premier Moe’s support for the India-Canada partnership, Jaishankar expressed anticipation for deeper cooperation in the future.
