Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, on Saturday emphasized that the target of winning 370 seats in the Lok Sabha elections is not merely a number but a real tribute to the BJP ideologue Shayama Prasad Mookerjee, who made the ultimate sacrifice for the nation. Modi underscored that the BJP will campaign for the Lok Sabha polls based on its developmental initiatives and efforts towards Garib Kalyan.
Addressing party leaders during the BJP National Convention’s office bearers’ meeting at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, Modi urged BJP workers to dedicate themselves to ensuring victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, setting a goal of winning 370 seats for the party within the NDA’s target of 400 seats.
Summarizing Modi’s directives to party workers, BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde, in a press conference, stated that the Prime Minister instructed party leaders and workers to secure an additional 370 votes at each booth to ensure victory. Tawde outlined plans for a hundred-day program starting from February 25, during which BJP workers will engage with new voters and highlight the government’s developmental initiatives.
